ES En francés hay un dicho que dice “A la Santa Catarina, toda madera coge raíz”. Quiere decir que es el mejor momento para plantar árboles.
Está semana hemos plantado 160 plantas autóctonas del bosque termofilo, un ecosistema que sufrió mucho de la deforestación en Canarias. Estamos felices de aumentar la diversidad en nuestra finca. Los pájaros nos dan las gracias construyendo nidos siempre más numerosos, ¡es una hermosa explosión de vida!

EN In French there is a saying that goes “At Saint Catherine, all wood takes root”. It means that this is the best time to plant trees.
This week we have planted 160 native plants of the thermophile forest, an ecosystem that suffered a lot from deforestation in the Canary Islands. We are happy to increase the diversity on our farm. The birds are thanking us by building more and more nests, it is a beautiful explosion of life!
